ART saves everything on local machines in %USERPROFILE%\.ART , which is usually C:\Users\<username>\.ART on most Windows installations. There should be a subdirectory artsatmerger . Please test moving this directory to another name and try again. If this doesn't help, please move the complete .ART directory to another name.
