Updating Firmware from 0.0.5 to NAV2-0.2.4-20210821

Steps to update firmware in NAV2 from 0.0.5 to NAV2-0.2.4-20210821.

 

  1. Download the following firmware file:

  1. Unzip and place the “firmware” folder into LpmsNAV Control application folder as shown below:

    Inside firmware folder should be the firmware files:

    IMPORTANT: This step is important in order for the software to automatically locate relevant files for the subsequent steps. Please make sure the firmware folder location and structure is correct before proceeding.

  2. From menu > Advanced > click Upload IAP

    Confirm when prompted to proceed

  3. You should see file is uploaded successfully

  4. Next go to Menu > Advanced > Click Upload Firmware. This step will upload a transition firmware 0.0.6 to enable firmware update to 0.2.x versions.

    Confirmed when prompted to proceed

  5. The software will show a progress bar to upload firmware 0.0.6. Once completed you should see the sensor version indicating NAV2-0.0.6-Transition

  6. Next we are going to update the firmware again to the latest version NAV2-0.2.4-20210821
    Once again go to Menu > Advanced > Click Upload Firmware

    Confirmed when prompted to proceed

  7. The software will upload the NAV2-0.2.4-20210821 firmware

  8. Once upload is completed, you should see the firmware version indicating the latest version
