How to update LPMS firmware using LpmsControl 2

Note: This documentation only applies to LPMS-IG1 Series，LPMS3 series and LPMS-BE series

  1. Start LpmsControl2 and connect to the sensor

  2. Check the current firmware version

  3. Select menu > Advanced > Upload Firmware

Important: Please make sure to choose “Upload Firmware” when updating firmware. Uploading a firmware binary using “Upload IAP“ will potentially brick the sensor.

 

  1. Press Yes to proceed with firmware update

     

  2. Select the firmware binary file and press open

     

  3. The firmware upload process will begin automatically

     

  4. Once firmware upload is completed, press ok to proceed

     

  5. Make sure the firmware version is updated accordingly
